Dry rosés are one of our favorite food wines. This version is a departure from our past few rosés made from Carignane. In 2013 we decided to make it from one of our other favorite food wines, Barbera. The aromas are more of bright strawberry, watermelon, rosehips and light rosemary. The flavors include more red fruits – raspberry, berry compote and citrus zest.
